Please Come Back
Let's just start right in. So today (July 16th) I am celebrating my friend, Sue, her birthday is July 9th. I am going to take her to get a frappe at Crack Donald's, then going to hit the bowling alley for one game as she loves to bowl. After we bowl we are going to Lawrence to the Acme store. For those of you unaware of this hilarious t-shirt shop you should check it out, located in Lawrence, KS. Anywho, I am 5 months pregnant, first child and super happy so I wanted to get a shirt made that has a pregnant women with caption that reads: It's Not Mine! I find that to be "highsterical", I'm just saying. After that short lil road trip the plan was to hit the pool.
The 1st Crack Donald's we went to had no parking spaces and I had to go pee as well as get the frappes! Okay, okay I can hold it til the next McDonald's, it's okay and I did and I made it just in time! Next we drove to the bowling alley, it was 11am, the bowling alley doesn't open until noon on Saturdays. I will say, I checked the internet & this place of business lacked the intelligence to post their hours of operation on their website & do not have a recording when calling to give hours-ignorant if you ask me but owell guess we'll come back to bowling if we really want to bowl. Then we hit up Target to get our own t-shirts for the Acme store-meanwhile Sue went to the bathroom only to find out her period started, so if you don't understand what I'm getting at, that just canceled our swimming plans. No bowling and no swimming. So we head on to Lawrence making the best of the rest of our day together. I'm excited to get us funny shirts made, I even spent a lil extra on another t-shirt for my husband. His t-shirt was going to say "are you out of your Vulcan mind" ... pretty funny huh?!?! Anyways we get to Lawrence, I manage to park on the street where Acme is located, I wasn't sure of the street number it's located on, just knew it was Mass. street. Things are looking good-get to the Acme Store only to run into the door with my forehead as the door is locked. I look up and read a sign that says: Sorry we are closed due to water damage. We might open later on in the day please call and check.

FALL into WINTER
Most of nature's beauty has fallen in preparation for the winter this year.
I say, we are "falling into winter." Falling because I fall into a depression during the winter, how about you? After viewing these photos I think "we" may be able to survive the winter months! It seems likely they were hanging around waiting for ME to photograph them, don't you agree?
